Most conditioners are like empty calories for your hair - a fleeting feeling of slippery goodness followed by disappointing results. But our unique blend of botanicals, herbs, proteins and emollients is like a smoothie for your hair, nourishing from the inside out. Hibiscus encourages strong growth and Strawberry adds shine. Not only does it bathe your senses like a trip to the spa, it delivers stronger, softer and healthier hair. So give your thirsty hair what it really wants – Intense Quench™!
A deeply penetrating, rinse out conditioner.
Dry and/or Damaged Hair.
The key ingredients in this product are as beautiful as they are potent. Hibiscus encourages strong growth and Strawberry acidifies the hair and scalp and adds shine. Click for a full list of ingredients.
Minty and citrusy with a fresh, spring-like floral mixed in.
Work a liberal amount through wet hair, applying in sections for thick hair. Massage into scalp and work through to the ends of hair. Finger comb through to remove any knots. Leave on for several minutes and rinse out. Style as usual.
For extra conditioning, leave Intense Quench™ on, wrap hair in plastic, and heat under the dryer for 15 minutes. Rinse out and style as usual.
I use Intense Quench™ to cleanse my scalp and hair in between washings. It leaves my hair feeling refreshed and my scalp feeling tingly and clean. Massaging your scalp with your fingertips also helps to dislodge dirt and grime.

I love the intense quench. I have 4c really thick hair and this makes it so soft. The first time I washed my hair with it, I could not believe how soft it became and remained so once dry. This works!!! the mint gives a light tingly sensation which is so soothing and relaxing. I cannot get this stuff in the UK and have to have it shipped to me which costs a fortune. It's sooooo worth it and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. I bought it after a recommendation from Chary-Jay on youtube.

This is most definitely a staple. It's moisturizing and gives great slip.

I stopped using foaming shampoos 8 years ago. For the first 6 years of those 8 years I used WEN. I have dry hair and I hated the way regular shampoos left my hair tangled and dry. Two years ago I read a blogger that mentioned the Original Moxie brands. Her review was focused in the difference between WEN and OM. Of course I LOVED my WEN and was not sure about trying another brand until the blogger mentioned that WEN had a couple of ingredients that were not "so natural" so I decided to give it a try. I got my first order of OM and the rest is history. I learned from this brand that I only need one product at the time. I used the no foam shampoo, the intense quench, the leave in conditioner, the feather light conditioner and I don't have to use them together. All of their products are high quality and I know this because I only need to cleanse my hair with one of them at the time and the result is the same: Shiny, healthy hair. My hair dresser always compliments me on my hair. My hair is long and thick. I love the smell of all these products too. They are pricey so when they have 30% i try to buy as much as I can because I wash my hair every two days. I highly recommend these products.

When I smelled this I thought, o.k. peppermint. Smells nice but when I got in the shower after shampooing. I started to put this on and the smell was so intense my eyes were burning and watering. Just too intense for me. In the past I used a peppermint shampoo and stopped using it for the same reason but I didn't expect this from a conditioner. It sat for 30 minutes under cap and hooded dryer. After I rinsed it out I was fine but my hair was not very soft. The softness level was passable but not uuber soft for my 4C hair. I have had better. It left my scalp feeling tingly and refreshed but that's not why I deep conditon.

I had heard so many wonderful things about this product that I simply HAD to try it for myself. First - the product arrived exactly when the site said that it would be delivered. Second-it was packaged with love and care, with all biodegradable products. Third - the product not only smells great, but my hair was softer almost immediately upon application, and my hair still smells wonderful days later! I am going to recommend this to everyone that I know. Thank you Original Moxie!!!

This Product provided an excellent source of moisture for my hair. I left it in for 25-30 min underneath a plastic cap. My hair was very soft and managable. I didnt even have to follow up with a deep treatment mask. Although I would be interested in purchasing a deep treatment mask. I have tried the emollience and that is wonderful as well! All of the products I have tried have been excellent quality.

This is my go to deep conditioner! One of the best that I've ever used. It's so gentle that I can use it overnight. It makes my scalp happy and I love the moisture that this conditioner imparts to my thirsty 4ab hair. It always delivers and I'm glad that not only does it give great results, I can feel good about the product, customer service, AND quality ingredients. Thank you Original Moxie! :) <3

I have never experienced such bliss in conditioning my hair before!! i am a very new transitioner (only 7 weeks in) and my friend (who is natural) gave me some Original Moxie products to try out. I first used the Intense Quench to cowash my hair after I had used some products that didn't quite work for me a couple days earlier and had left my hair feeling sticky and crunchy...and ohmy gosh. My hair was saved!! My [mostly relaxed] hair was SO soft and refreshed, my new growth was manageable, and that little tingling feeling that I felt after letting it work for a few minutes was heavenly. Rachel Blistein, if you are reading this, PLEASE manufacture this in larger bottles (32oz?!). I can already tell that I am going to go through these bottles so quickly!!!
