Lux locks rocks. I often find curly hair gels and mousse either to much hold or too little. A battle between crunchy and too fluffy (aka frizzy), which left me creating self concocted mixes of various products to find a little middle ground. But lux locks is my new middle ground. Soft, hold all day long. I'll add a little just gel for those rainy and humid days. Enjoy and love your curls in a whole new way!

When I ear my hair straight (or curly for that matter), the little hairs on my hair line aren't cute and babyish, they roll up and ruin a style. I use this to soften them out and brush down and they stay down and look great, not super slicked and crunchy/flaky looking.

I've tried several of the "other" products for natural hair and this is by far the best and longest lasting. I am still experimenting with the amount to use but by far this has been the most promising product so far. I can easily go for the week where as with other competitors products I am fortunate to get 3 days of curls. I do use it with the Hair Bling and the Flax. I like the way it looks and feels. My hair is moisturized but still blows in the wind. I have purchased Miss J's, Kinky and others and Original Moxie is working my curls the best.

While I agree this product does everything it promises, I will advise that you follow the tried and true saying, "less is more". I found that when I used more of the lux locks, my hair felt heavy and a little oily--but I think that's because I was heavy handed. I haven't tried mixing it with the Just Gel (which is also an awesome product, btw) but I have used with a bit of the hair bling (my all time favorite OM product) and had great results.
I have very dense, though fine, strands of 4a hair and using this product on my bantu knot outs gives me beautiful, fluffy ringlets. This is for keeps! :-)

I tried this product and was totally awed by how my curls held their shape and contour during the week. The product is smooth and creamy and has a wonderful smell! I have recommended this product to not only my friends but my co-workers as well!

Lux Locks is awesome. Using it in combination with a little Just Gel gave me curls for days. I am usually never able to keep curls after day 1 but I was pleasantly and amazingly surprised. An additional bonus was the shine and moisture it also provided which lasted days too. Love it. Definitely a staple!!

I read a review of this product on a natural hair care web site and had to try it for myself. I hoped for the best and expected the worst. Lucky for me I was WRONG. This product is fabulous! I have neglected the trimming of my hair for over a year and as a result I had to cut an inch of it off (more to go)and often had frizzy, undefined, braid outs. Lux Locks has rejuvenated my hair! I use it on dry hair, and just a little creates a smooth texture and even allows my braid outs to last for more than the day that they had been lasting. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has hair that craves moisture and control.

I have been looking for a product to use for my twists that wouldn't leave my hair sticky, or hard, or dry. Lux Locks is that product! The product goes on smooth to wet or dry hair. I like it best on my dry hair because it seems to smooth the hair shaft. It leaves my hair shiny and soft. It can get a little greasy if I'm being careless and using too much. What really keeps me coming back to this product is the smell. It reminds me of a chai Latte. It's spicy and warm and I just love the smell!!!

This product is great for twists. It provides a great deal of control and prevents frizz. The product also provides an awesome shine.
