• No, it does not.  We currently plan to continue to host our bi-annual Earth Day and Holiday Sales.  Both sales align with our brand values and offer price-conscious consumers a way to stock up on a budget.  Earth Day brings awareness to the sustainability and environmental issues that are central to our brand.   The Holiday Sale provides support to our Red Door Program, providing resources for children to learn about and care for their curls.

• Yes! We offer regular, ongoing discounts via our Rewards Program, Email Newsletter Signups, and our Subscription Program.   These promotions offer a range of ways to shop on a budget without chasing the latest sale. 

For most of the brand’s existence (from 2009 to 2022), we did not host frequent promotions.   However, in 2022, after the launch of our sustainable packaging and an increase in product prices, consumer demand increased for more frequent sales and deeper discounts.  Today, we have modified our packaging options to reduce costs for our consumers, enabling us to lower prices overall, rather than offering frequent discounts.  We are continuing to refine our sustainable packaging solutions and plan to introduce new, affordable, and eco-friendly options in early 2027.

No.  Original Moxie is one of the few remaining indie brands.  Our commitment to quality, sustainability, and safety is as strong as ever, and our formulations have not changed.    All of our products continue to be owner-formulated and manufactured in-house at our headquarters in Ypsilanti, MI.

Unless otherwise noted, promotions and coupon codes can’t be combined with other offers, reward points, or subscription pricing.

Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to gift cards or subscription purchases. Our subscription program already includes a 15% discount, so it cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

If a coupon code is advertised in our banner or marketing materials, you’ll need to enter it at checkout. If no code is advertised, the discount will be applied automatically to qualifying purchases.

No, promotions cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
