Wet hair thoroughly and work shampoo through hair in sections, massaging it into the scalp and working through to the ends. For extremely dense, tight curls, we recommend applying the shampoo in sections to dry hair. Add water and massage into the hair, squishing upwards towards the scalp. Rinse thoroughly. It took a couple of shampoos to get used to the no foam. It makes my hair feel clean and soft. I love the smell too. Wonderful product.

I always thought I needed soapy shampoo to clean my hair, but that's only what your mind tells you. I have learned with the blonde hair color you need moisture to keep your hair from breaking, the no foam shampoo really get my hair clean and also keep it from breaking, when I blow dry my hair there is non flying around the room anymore, so I don't have to clip because it seems to be sealing my ends, so my hair is really growing, thanks for turning me on to no foam, no sulfate shampoo is truly gentle and smells great.

I've been using No-poo for over a year now, and my hair looks and feels fantastic thanks to it. Its softer, full of volume and most importantly, not stripped of all the natural oils that you see happen with regular shampoos. I buy the 32oz. bottle that lasts 6 months, easy. Could not be happier!

The first time I used this shampoo, I was surprised at how my hair responded to it. My hair liked the shampoo. I used this shampoo on and off because I was still searching, but did not find a shampoo that I was really satisfied with. I always came back to Get Clean-No Foam Shampoo. Now, this is a staple product for me. It cleans my hair very well, doesn't dry it out, and it strengthens it. The ingredients are excellent.

I have hair that dries straight and gnarly, if you can imagine that. This product made my hair soft and supple, giving it body. I don't think I ever want to use another shampoo.

Love, love this shampoo,the tingle and great slip and very moisturizing. This may not be the forum, but the customer service is impeccable. Questions are answered and suggested routines are given. Great company, great products.

I have been using the No-Poo for four months and love the way my hair has responded to this product by becoming softer, shinier, and more manageable. My hair and I love this product and will continue to use it as my staple shampoo.

I have dry tightly coiled natural hair and I have had a really hard time finding a shampoo that would CLEAN, soften, help detangle not tangle, or dry my hair out, plus help with dandruff! I have been natural for 3 years and some have come close but this is the one! This is the first soapnut shampoo I have ever used and I was not dissappointed. I have used and tried it all!

I purchased this product for my daughter's dry, itchy and flaky scalp. We could get her hair moisturized very well, but because the scalp was an issue the hair would soon become brittle. Well, unlike many companies that boast about what their products can do. Get Clean is an exception. In a few washings I could tell the difference in my child's scalp. What I noticed first was the lack of shedding; then I examined her scalp. What an improvement!!!!! She is not complaining about the itching and getting on my nerve asking "what can I put on my scalp". Thank you for living up to the hype.
